一、自觉遵守中国法律和学校治安管理制度及卫生管理制度，严禁做违法违纪之事。

二、自觉爱护宿舍内的一切生活及通讯设施、设备，否则，损坏或丢失要按价赔偿。

三、未经学校后勤保卫处同意，不得留宿外来人员。

四、爱护宿舍内外消防设施，没有火警不得移动或开动消防装备。

五、自觉维护宿舍内外环境卫生和绿化，不乱丢乱吐，经常清理生活垃圾。

六、节约用水、用电，慎用大功率电器（如电热水器、电热取暖器、电饭煲、电炉、微波炉、空调机等等），宿舍无人时要关闭大功率电器或电源。

七、注意防火和用电安全，经常检查液化石油气瓶及其相应燃气炉具，发现问题和故障及时处理或向学校有关处室报告。

八、建立邻里友好关系，不做有损邻里关系之事，发生矛盾时要友好协商解决。

九、12时至14时及晚上23时后为休息时间，需将音响、电视之声音关小，不要大声喧哗，以免影响邻里休息。

十、违反守则，将受到相应法律法规的处罚。

Apartment Rules for Foreign Teachers in Zhaoqing Medical College

a) By China’s laws and the college’s rules of security and health- management, anything against the laws is forbidden.

b) Cake good care of all the living and communicative facilities. Otherwise, anything damaged or stolen should be compensated at its price.

c) Without the permission of the college’s security section, nobody from other places is allowed to stay overnight.

d) Take good care of the fire fighting equipment inside and outside the apartment.

e) Keep clean the environment inside and outside the apartment. Take care of the plants in the campus、 Living wastes should be cleaned up. No spitting or tossing.

f) Economize on water and electricity. Be careful with high-power electrical appliance (such as water heater, electric cooker, electric stove, micro-wave oven, air-conditioner, etc.) The power should be cut off when no one is in、

g) Use electricity safely to prevent fire. Check up the gas container and other gas equipment regularly.If malfunction is found, report to the college authority immediately.

h) Establish a good relationship with neighbors. If something happens, solve it by friendly consultation.

i) Turn down the stereo and TV during the nap break at noon and after 11:00 pm, which are rest time. Do not make noise to disturb others.

Anyone violating the rules mentioned above will have to be punished.
